    Pilates Express (Normal | 21C)

    I really like Aislinn - she’s really good at pushing you to do as much as you can without ever making you feel singled out in a class or bad for taking breaks. It would be nice if Tribe didn’t fill the classes so full though as it is really hard these days to do classes without knocking neighbours from all sides!

    Madhuras classes are great but it should definitely be specified that they are for advanced yogis - I struggled maintaining the pace and couldn’t do a lot of the poses. Still a fantastic class though!

    Yin & Recovery (Warm | 26C)

    Fiona Belchamber’s Yin and Restorative Yoga class is a peaceful escape. Her calming voice and clear instructions make it easy to relax and sink into each pose. The long holds and gentle stretches release tension, leaving both body and mind refreshed. It’s the perfect class for unwinding and recharging. Highly recommended!

    Mat Class - Mixed Ability

    I was a bit apprehensive coming to a mat Pilaties’s as I had been to a different studio & found it too intense. But Kathy’s class was amazing. We used equipment which I lived like the ball, small weights & bands. She is super happy & positive thank you ❤️❤️❤️
