It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

The class is high-energy, with a little "crazy dance" (as she calls it!) at the beginning and end, combined with an intense weighted workout. Will definitely come back💪🏼🔥

Will definitely be returning thank you so much, hollie. The parking was so easy to find as well, which is sometimes a struggle at Studios and free.

As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

She doesn’t just guide you through the poses, she explains the how and why behind the practice, which makes the whole experience more meaningful. Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. For 90 minutes, my mind was completely quiet. No work, no overthinking, no mental noise. Just breathing, movement, and being present. I walked out feeling physically challenged but mentally lighter. If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities.
