Everyone is always focusing on sweating more pushing harder, but this class was exactly what I needed. A challenging, deep stretch that brought me so much joy. Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

Amazing! One of the best classes I’ve joined in a long time. The studio is really nice, and the staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. I absolutely loved every second of the class and will definitely be back!

This was an incredible class and genuinely one of the best Pilates classes I’ve been to. It was challenging, dynamic, and really well-paced from start to finish. The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

Such friendly staff and was so lovely to have the room to myself so you can jump between sauna and plunge in your own time ending off with a shower and very nice shower gel a bonus! 😂 for a treat and trying something different this was a great experience and my body feels detoxed and invigorated- I’ll be back!
