As a frequent traveler for work ClassPass gives me the flexibility to join my favorite classes at platform while not being stuck with a membership.

You really feel the burn and you push yourself a lot. Only down part that it’s important for me is the trainer’s focus to correct you when you are lost , I felt at certain times I wasn’t doing the movement right and she didn’t pay attention to that .

Fellow attendee however was live streaming her yoga session and with mirrors all around I’m sure many of us were featured, not sure I appreciate the invasion of privacy especially in a country with strict laws about such. I wasn’t asked if it was okay and I will let reception know what happened.

I feel like it is really done by someone who knows what they are doing and the sequence and individual exercises have a purpose and not just there to torture you.
