The coach is genuinely the sweetest person ever, and her energy stays amazing throughout the entire 50-minute class. The music selection was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. I would happily take this class with her again and again. Please keep doing Latin music and reggaeton classes because this one was AMAZING! I definitely need more classes like this. ✨

She’s so sweet and helpful, and she actually takes time to check on everyone’s form throughout the class. If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. Her teaching style focuses on posture, alignment, and controlled movements rather than high-intensity cardio, making it a beautifully mindful yet challenging workout. I felt stronger and could really feel my muscles working throughout the class. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
