I really appreciate this as it helps me learn and improve safely. The atmosphere is also calm, welcoming, and relaxing. Definitely a great place for Pilates, especially for beginners!

However, occasionally a selfish disrespectful attendee, like today, falls asleep during the session and snores loud and ruines sound healing experience for everyone. That is what happened in today session.In my opinion, instructors should brief the attendees before the session that if they start snoring, they will wake them up. And they do so during the sound bath. because one inconsiderate person ruins everybody's experience. Sound healing is all about listening to sounds and snores are not part of sound healing.

It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. I only wish they offered more classes so I could enjoy Inside Flow more days of the week! ❤️ Totally recommend it!

The class was well-paced, enjoyable, and I really appreciated how clear and easy to follow the instructions were. A special mention to Nerin ☺️— she was so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the whole session. She made sure everyone was comfortable and guided us properly, especially when we needed help with the exercises. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and wants everyone to have a good experience. Overall, such a lovely class and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ova Pilates!

I had a lot of muscle tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and she did an excellent job relieving it. I felt so much more relaxed and comfortable afterwards. Areesa was professional, attentive, and really knew how to target the areas that needed the most attention. The massage was exactly what I needed! Highly recommend Areesa, especially for anyone looking for a relaxing and effective postnatal massage. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities.
