The class is high-energy, with a little "crazy dance" (as she calls it!) at the beginning and end, combined with an intense weighted workout. Will definitely come back💪🏼🔥

He noticed when my form needed adjusting. Those small corrections make such a big difference. Challenging class, great coaching, and I left feeling stronger. Definitely one of my favorite instructors.

If he notices you’re doing something wrong, he’ll personally guide you step by step until you get it right.
