Rise & Flow
すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed her class. She played music without words so closer to traditional yoga than not, leaving my mind more able to move to a non thought present moment state. The asana was fairly well sequenced with ample opportunity for challenge.

すべてのレビューを表示Davida was subbing, so the class was more Yin focused, which I enjoyed. Short journal breaks between held poses were just enough to tap into things that bubbled up. I liked that she had a theme (transforming anger), which continued during yin poses and not just for journal prompts
In a nutshell, Urban Sanctuary is home; it's a comfy, cozy and compassionate space…Somatic Movement
すべてのレビューを表示I loved Alexandria who is so gifted at cueing this type of practice! Somatic feels like a sweet cocoon of safety being knit within and around your whole body. VERY slow and more like a meditation or exercise in attention - your body barely moves.

The coaches, especially Maddy, make sure you are supported, whether it’s finding you a better weight, modifying for injuries or pregnancy/postpartum. And being able to bring your kiddo no matter the age has made my life postpartum so much better.

My practitioner, Raya, was professional , kind, and listened to my needs and fulfilled them perfectly. Ive had a lot of massages in this country and others and this was by far a stand out. The environment was also phenomenal. Beds are heated and super comfy. I will be back outside of class pass.
