すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed her class. She played music without words so closer to traditional yoga than not, leaving my mind more able to move to a non thought present moment state. The asana was fairly well sequenced with ample opportunity for challenge.

すべてのレビューを表示Davida was subbing, so the class was more Yin focused, which I enjoyed. Short journal breaks between held poses were just enough to tap into things that bubbled up. I liked that she had a theme (transforming anger), which continued during yin poses and not just for journal prompts

すべてのレビューを表示Kenny leads a relaxing, yet informative class that can be enjoyed by both beginners and seasoned students. It’s a mix of slow flow, qigong movements, and longer held poses. You will feel stronger and calmer after this class. The room is dimly lit with mood lights which made it very easy to drop in to the practice.

すべてのレビューを表示This was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels! Looking forward to the next time I’m in the area to come by
