すべてのレビューを表示Always love class at Urban Sanctuary! Easily one of my all time favorite studios. Efrata was so lovely, so welcoming. This class was maybe the first that I would have said was better as an intermediate than a beginner. Most classes are pretty friendly to all levels.

すべてのレビューを表示Tanner makes working out so fun and playful. I love this class bc I’m getting good movement, stretching and strengthening while playing games so I’m laughing and not paying attention to how long I’ve held a plank or how many squats I’ve done. 10/10 highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示This was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels! Looking forward to the next time I’m in the area to come by
