すべてのレビューを表示Super great! For this workout we were divided into two groups - one group starts with cardio burst on the skier and then reps with resistance bands. Goal was to go through it three times. On the other side started out on treadmill that also had a sled option where it mimicked you pushing a sled and then exercises with dumbbells. Hard workout but you walk out feeling accomplished!

There were only two stretches at the end to close a physically intense class - my body needs more - but on the whole it was a great class. .

すべてのレビューを表示This is my new favorite class at urban. Kryss is so intentional and I love the focus on breath work incorporated into these more advanced poses. This was my second class and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Obsessed with the set up of focusing on 1 flow per month working toward new advanced poses every month. I can’t sing enough praise about Kryss!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the class & Sydney was awesome! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc the music was so loud which made it super hard to hear/understand instructions during the workout as a newbie. I honestly had no idea what was going on half the time which is hard since changes happen often & it’s super fast-paced. I’m sure it takes some getting used, but could be something to consider troubleshooting if possible.
