There was a lot of us in class so it was difficult to get feedback immediately but teach answers all the questions as much as she can.

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

すべてのレビューを表示Miffy is a really nice and patient teacher. She has a very calm vibe that makes the whole room feel comfortable right away. She explains all the movements in a way that is super easy to follow, and she always watches out for everyone to make sure we are doing things safely. If a pose feels a bit too tricky, she just casually gives you an easier option to try instead, so there is absolutely no pressure.
