Meggy is a very talented instructor in my view. Her verbal instructions are very on point that I didn’t even have to look up multiple times just to see what position she was doing. She guided us very well. It was just the two of us who showed up to the class and she personalised it for both of us based on our capabilities to be able to execute yoga with good amount of challenge. Highly recommend her class.

Teach Nao was super kind and gave good instructions throughout the class. Before we started, she explained the practice + explained the poses along the way. Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

First time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

I really enjoyed the class and the attendees of the class were so friendly. The coach gave an orientation and was hands-on in teaching his students. Other attendees helped me improve my poses as well. Such a good vibe and community!

Intimate setting and a safe space. Coach Tammy was encouraging to us and helps us reach different poses. She gave tips on how to do each pose based on our pacing and flexibility. Overall, a good studio!
