Power Stretch
This is my go-to Power Stretch class, and it really lives up to its name! You’ll definitely get a good stretch here. Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

Jeca is an awesome instructor, she is very passionate as well in teaching. She sets expectations and is very helpful with the students. Just like T. gin, T.Roch and T.Mel her feedback were very useful and she ensures no one is left out. I loved going back to basics and I am glad to always join her classes. TDL has a powerhouse of teachers hence I keep coming back :)

First time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

I really enjoyed the class and the attendees of the class were so friendly. The coach gave an orientation and was hands-on in teaching his students. Other attendees helped me improve my poses as well. Such a good vibe and community!

Though not part of the gym access,Ms. Jewel was able to provide me with assistance by getting Ms. Angela to acquaint me with their gym equipment. These above the line services, made me become enticed to avail their gym access and trainer for my personal health goals.

Had a great first experience! 😊 We were hoping to have a coach guide us since it was our first time, but there weren’t any available at the time. Totally understandable! The staff were still very welcoming and helpful. One coach even came over when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill and had no idea what to do. 😂 Really appreciated how approachable and accommodating everyone was. Overall, we had a great time and felt comfortable! Definitely looking forward to coming back. 💪🏻💕
