I've always wanted to really train my core and flexibility through yoga because that's one of my weakest areas, and she was very understanding and patient as she was guiding me through the steps. The flow is challenging but very rewarding, and perfect for beginners like me. Already scheduling my next class!

すべてのレビューを表示Had a great first experience! 😊 We were hoping to have a coach guide us since it was our first time, but there weren’t any available at the time. Totally understandable! The staff were still very welcoming and helpful. One coach even came over when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill and had no idea what to do. 😂 Really appreciated how approachable and accommodating everyone was. Overall, we had a great time and felt comfortable! Definitely looking forward to coming back. 💪🏻💕
