    Fantastic class! I love how Spencer leveraged the full class time. Sometimes, classes are a bit short at 40-45 min. He had us working out a good 50-55 min! Feel I got a great workout.

    The class was great and the instructor was amazing! Loved the different intervals we went through and the members were extremely helpful and welcoming.     This class rocked. It was a full on mobility and bone/muscle/joint education. I learned so much from Charlie about some specific pains and tight areas of my body I struggle with and left with practical home exercises to improve them. Charlie is very knowledgeable and motivated me to get working on some imbalances in my muscles and joints that we identified during the class. You get a lot more than you sign up for with this one!! Thanks Charlie!
