    Loved Mara’s energy so early in the morning. She’s such a good motivator and really gets you going. The class itself is definitely hard and meant for people who know what they’re doing. However, once you get the hang of it, it gets better. Overall, such a good way to get your workout in first thing in the morning!

    Amazing class! Everything started right on time, and the instructor was energetic, motivating, and gave us an incredible workout. Everyone in the class was so welcoming and supportive—it truly felt like a community.
