We were able to practice on punching bags near the end of class once we learned all of the basic techniques. He was very positive to each student’s ability and gave great feedback throughout every step of class!

She was corrective without being harsh. Everyone else training there was super nice and inclusive as well. Great work out and can’t wait to bring friends!
