すべてのレビューを表示Wonderful class. Nice stretches. I felt less tight after the class. We learned the harness climb which got the heart rate up a bit which I thought was nice. Also, the instructor provided modifications/advancements so both first timers and returning students could feel engaged.

すべてのレビューを表示WONDERFUL class! Incredibly welcoming studio/instructor. I don’t have all the muscles to do some of the exercises, but the instructor gave modifications to make everything easier or harder depending on you. Very fun, will be back

すべてのレビューを表示Really fun circuit style class with obstacles included. I liked the laid back atmosphere even though you’re taking class with the people that are very accomplished. There are modifications for beginners, I found the instruction helpful and the obstacles challenging. Helps to have some upper body strength.

すべてのレビューを表示This is my second class with Ami - why? Because the first was so good. This is a stretching and gentle movement class - a great centering or midweek refresh. Easy entry into the Ray and free lockers are in the second floor with easy access to the workout studios.
