She explained and demonstrated the positions and movements in a way that was very easy to understand and multiple times to make sure everyone was successful. The class was fun and offered many modifications for different ability levels, so the difficulty was customizable to each person.

すべてのレビューを表示My instructor was the best, brought great energy and made sure to support all variations of complexity with the moves without labelling them as necessarily “easier” so that everyone felt empowered to do what they can and participate without feeling isolated!!! She helped us through the moves even after class and during class she connected with everyone in class so it felt very personal. Can’t wait to take her class again!!

There are modifications for beginners, I found the instruction helpful and the obstacles challenging. Helps to have some upper body strength.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing aqua zumba and I really enjoyed it! The facilities are clean and the water wasn't too cold. If Lizz could be just a bit louder it'd help to hear her over all the splashing, but class was a great workout!
