すべてのレビューを表示Very cool and interesting session. The instructor/coach was super chill. Definitely beginner friendly. Everyone was welcoming and focused. You can have fun with it but they also train for competitions. Will likely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing MMA in 5 years and coach Karla is an excellent instructor. She met me where I was and was so knowledgeable and committed to building a strong foundation. She was corrective without being harsh. Everyone else training there was super nice and inclusive as well. Great work out and can’t wait to bring friends!
