    It was my first time at SALT and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely one of the better barre classes I’ve taken. It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

    The class was fantastic, with three different workout areas to explore. The trainer, Katie, took the time to guide newcomers through each section, and she was incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging. The workout areas included weightlifting, a mountain-climbing-like activity, and strength training. I highly recommend it. It may sound challenging, but it’s actually easy to follow and a lot of fun. The shower facilities were clean, and while the hairdryer was a standard one, it was decent. Towels and lockers were also provided . I’m definitely planning to go back!

I was actually able to hear her over the music & she was hyper vigilant of correct form — which I really appreciated. The class is the perfect pace so you can ENJOY versus constantly catching up.     First time at Pvolve and I looooved it! Definitely understand the hype, it’s a good push of a workout — one of the more intense sculpt classes I’ve taken but still doable. The teachers are so helpful and the community is so supportive, and I feel like most classes are great for both seasoned gym buffs and newbies. I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.

    This class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.

    Best workout class I have ever taken. I have been going to Body Blast for about 6 months and it has transformed my approach to weightlifting and fitness as a whole. Alexius runs his class like a well oiled machine. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring everyone has proper form. The class is perfectly paced, challenging, and encouraging.     I appreciate it that the class size was pretty small – like less than eight people. The instructor is great. He was nice, welcoming, and encouraging! Overall, the space is clean and easy to navigate. I love coming to this class, great for all levels.

    The class was excellent! The instructor was very motivating while also encouraging people to work at their own pace. By the end of the class I was dripping in sweat 🥵 I would warn people that are new to weight training. This class is HARD and a little bit of weight training knowledge is beneficial before going into the class.
