すべてのレビューを表示Love this class!! The incense, dim lighting, and music are such a vibe. This was also one of my favorite flows I’ve done in a while. I love the emphasis on balance and twists because many other instructors here dont focus on this and instead have us to a million planks lol.

すべてのレビューを表示Friendly instructor. The class is fast paced and likely best suited for someone who has at least a couple of barre classes under their belt. That being said it is extremely adaptable to your fitness level and needs and Sofia gave multiple options for each pose to make it work for you. If you get lost in the movements just watch folks around you and you’ll pick it up. Really like this studio as I find across classes and instructors you always get a good burn that pushes you but doesn’t feel unapproachable for someone still relatively early in their fitness journey. Will return for sure!

It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示A little too fast paced and the workout routine felt more like a choreographed dance so if you are not exactly a graceful dancer, you will feel a little lost...I didnt like how quickly it moved bc most of the time, I felt like I was playing catch up. The instructor is doing the class so she is not going to correct your form...having said that, the vibe WAS welcoming and you dont feel singled out despite being a newcomer..The heat is just the right temperature and you certainly will have an adrenaline rush and work out body parts you didnt know you could stretch. I would give ot another try and hope I pick up the moves..

すべてのレビューを表示I like the variety these classes provide. Sometimes I think it can be a little disorganized with the number of people versus the amount of equipment and number of stations, but ultimately that’s a fairly minor quibble. It works and the variety makes the time pass faster.

The space is great but in the summer the temperature is often way too high for comfort. There’s AC but the sun on the front windows all day long makes it impossible to keep the room cool and if you attend classes later in the day it can be like 80 degrees and humid in there. Otherwise this is a great gym with great vibes and really effective, challenging workouts!

I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.

The only issue I had was minor: my hammock was a bit twisted so one edge of it dug in a bit harder than was ideal. But it was still a great class and worth going :)

すべてのレビューを表示This class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.

Robin had a good progression of floorwork movement that started off easy and became more challenging (both physically and for your brain) as we went along. it was slow enough to focus on technique details and brought everything together at the end of the class in a combo. After just one class with Robin, floorwork feels much more comfortable as I have a better understanding of controlling transitions from standing to floor and vice versa. This class is good for any level of dance experience.
