While pregnant and post birth, I’ve been dealing with a lot of shoulder tension & knots as well as shoulder blade tension & knots and this is one of the first times, I have actually felt relief and loosened up! Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging. So it’s best to try with a few different masseurs -). Sherry and Michael are very good but they have both changed roles and are now managers . Atm I like Steven, very firm pressure (consistent) and he also does “dry massage” so no oil just with towel over - which is a nice option as I don’t always want to be oiled up.

Nonetheless it was much needed for my tired and achy muscles. Ann did ask me first if she could walk on me. However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. My masseuse was excellent and focused on all the areas I requested. The complimentary tea and water after the massage were great. I would definitely return to this place. The hot room was nice, and overall, it was a very relaxing experience.

He eased me into the massage so that he wasn’t immediately digging into my body and it was the first time where I felt true relief after a massage. I normally have a low pain tolerance and am usually squirmish during a massage but he took his time and ensured my knots got out. Would highly recommend this establishment!

すべてのレビューを表示I thoroughly enjoyed my time from the moment I walked in throughout my massage. The front desk lady was so nice and then it was lovely and serene when I walked to the back. I loved they gave a full tour, robe, slippers and locker. Summer was so bubbly, gentle but with the right amount of firmness to help ease my knots in my back. After doing so much the past few months this mama needed some me time! It's 3 days later and I still feel great. I was feeling a bit sore the next day but she told me how to stretch which came in handy for the tension in my neck. The only con, it would have been nice to have gotten the questionnaire ahead of time and all they ask me in person was to pick my lotion scent. Also I did not read my notes from ClassPass to come early else I would have enjoyed the sitting room a little longer. Next time I know what to do. I'll be back!

He made sure I was comfortable at all times and covered all of my problem areas. He even included a scalp massage at the end with oils!! Heavenly! I loved how he gave me a card at the end that went over everything he did during the session and any target areas he noticed with stretches and recommendations going forward. He also took the time to explain and show me the areas he noticed the most tension in and what would cause that and what to do/how to treat in the future. I am very pleased and will be going back again!
