The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. I returned for a 60-minute signature massage. Ada did an AMAZING job. She skillfully covered my whole body, from my toes to my scalp, within the hour. She consistently checked in with me during the massage to ensure that I was comfortable during the experience—whether I needed more or less pressure and if the temperature of the hot towel was okay. The deep pressure felt incredible, and I felt the knots melting off my body. I was so relaxed that I almost walked out of the spa wearing their indoor slides (they were quick to stop me) 😂 Ada is an amazing masseuse. The atmosphere is basic but clean, practical, & comfortable, with an emphasis on the quality of the service rather vs luxury amenities. Yoyo was my therapist. I had their 30- min foot reflexology & 60-min of bodywork with hot stones & cupping. The pressure was great, and she checked with me often to make sure it was at the level I wanted. They definitely go IN. After a three-week European walkabout across multiple cities and countries, averaging 14,000–30,000 steps a day, my hips were incredibly tight & needed serious work. Yoyo found all the problem areas & wasn't shy about addressing them. Exactly what I needed after that much walking. I left feeling really good! Much looser, more mobile, and with significantly less tension in my hips and legs.

The receptionist Sophie was very sweet and helped me reschedule my appointment because I was running late after showing up to the wrong studio. Rose walked me through everything that was going on.
