すべてのレビューを表示Love this place! And their reset room is AMAZING! Cold plunge, red light, sauna, hot tub!!!! They also have private showers. I’ve only been a few times and it can feel daunting with all the machines/weights but the instructor is there to help you and people taking the class are friendly too :)

すべてのレビューを表示Everyone working at Pvolve were so welcoming I felt so at ease during my first class. Front desk to the instructor, Kayla, were so friendly, attentive and informative. They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

Only small thing was I wish that with it being my first time I had gotten a tour of the facility or something, but maybe that is just me or the front desk staff was having a bad day.

The staff explained everything throughly and I immediately noticed how clean the facility was . I did the Full Body Red Light treatment and Leg Compression treatment. It's a small studio, so you'll want to book in advance...accommodating about 10 people. The owner / instructor was warm and welcoming. I'm excited to try the other sessions to see what they are like.

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.
