すべてのレビューを表示This was an awesome class. Shane moves at your pace and demonstrates each exercise and corrects your form. If you want to hide in the back of a dark room, this is not the class for you, but if you want to get stronger and have someone encourage you along the way, give it a whirl.

すべてのレビューを表示Difficult class but by no means impossible. Coach Sara did an amazing job of helping me and my friend with strategy and form and which weights to grab and had a great playlist. We met a few others in the class who were encouraging and happy to be there. I'd take this class again.
