すべてのレビューを表示I’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

Erica was so great getting us to each station and making sure we were doing everything with good form. I particularly appreciate the core work which is really lacking at many other studios in the area. I would go again

すべてのレビューを表示This class was awesome. I'm newer to barbells and Denine was so helpful in teaching me and making sure I had correct form and modifications. I was nervous before I walked in that it'd be intimidating or that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the pace had lots of rest time and everyone in the class was so friendly and encouraging. Also was covered in sweat at the end of class - great workout and I was proud of what I could do. Highly recommend!

They noticed that I have knee braces on from a previous injury and modified the workouts based on what I can do which was very kind of them. Christine checked in regularly if the weights I was using was okay and we had a fun conversation. Highly recommend fitness lovers to try out a class here.

The class environment is very welcoming and we are encouraged to focus on proper body positioning and consistent breathing during our practice. Peter encourages you to listen to your body, move intuitively, gracefully, and powerfully. Music choices were an amazing complement, although I was mostly so concentrated on form that I didn’t notice it as much as I normally do. If you’re looking for an athletic challenge beyond the standard, this is a good choice.
