    This was my first spin class and I am OBSESSED! I like that it’s smaller and a bit more intimate. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or nervous at all it’s such a friendly atmosphere and the clad was FANTASTIC i’ll be returning many times!

    Instructor was amazing. There was no one else in the class so it was basically personal training (which he said doesn’t always happen I was just lucky). Class was a mix of weights and body weight exercises, and was fun but challenging.

    Full Body Strength

    Train and Nourish is fantastic. As a woman with a physical disability, it has been difficult to find a place where I feel welcomed, can train my body well, and be part of a community that is encouraging and accountable. I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. A wheelchair could roll right through the front door and get to work.

    This was an Engine class and Erica did not disappoint! Engine is an endurance hybrid class with a ladder finisher at the end. Erica was so great getting us to each station and making sure we were doing everything with good form. I particularly appreciate the core work which is really lacking at many other studios in the area. I would go again

    Challenging cardio class. It’s probably not a great class if you’re starting from zero stamina. So much jumping. Felt like I was going to die - which is what I want tbh. I like how quick it is! It’s super efficient - if maybe a tad impersonal. The trainers were super friendly though. I’d go back.

    Sunday Sweat

    Kicking off September with an amazing workout session! Christine and Joe were both very friendly and observant. They noticed that I have knee braces on from a previous injury and modified the workouts based on what I can do which was very kind of them. Christine checked in regularly if the weights I was using was okay and we had a fun conversation. Highly recommend fitness lovers to try out a class here.

    We worked on calisthenics and then moved to strength exercises. My arms and legs were really sore afterwards but it was a very effective workout! Nate is great at giving out words of encouragements and he truly knows his stuff!

    PFX Hiit Group Training

    Great circuit class of about 8 people of all different ages and levels of fitness. Each station has three exercises and you do them about 45 sec on with a 15 sec rest. Anthony can modify everything if your not feeling it. Love the noon time slot on a Sat so I can sleep in and still get a work out in. Would take this class again 👍
