すべてのレビューを表示This was my first class here and I’m new to Pilates in general. I truly enjoyed myself. The instructor was welcoming, checked in to make sure I didn’t have any previous injuries, was motivating throughout the session and while the class was challenging it was fun and engaging. She is an amazing instructor and I plan on attending this class every Wednesday morning as I start my Pilates journey.

すべてのレビューを表示this class was amazing. the room was the perfect temperature and the music was 10/10 she was playing hits from black artists and i was vibing out the whole time. she speaks very loudly and clear and is very confident in her teaching and it makes me feel very comfortable as a student. i love this studio and can't wait to return :)

すべてのレビューを表示No matter the time of day you take a Strength+ class, Megan is always energized for class and encouraging members to conquer their workout! She always provides a modification, or a challenge for those who dare to try. Her classes are inclusive, and have the best playlists. I love coming to Strength+- I’ve been coming consistently for 5 months now and I see the results each time I come to class. Thanks Megan, you’re the best <3

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor gave great cues, offered modifications for both harder and easier, and did exercises/modifications I’ve never seen before. I just wish it was noted beforehand that it’s a warmer/hot room.

すべてのレビューを表示Tried this studio for the first time and loved it! Very welcoming atmosphere and super cute/aesthetic space. Anna was a very kind, experienced and attentive instructor. I loved the structure of class and the moves she incorporated which had a perfect blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. I can’t wait to go again!
