Just love her energy, vibes, positivity, and how she kept talking to us the whole time making sure we were feeling & targeting all proper muscles” groups that we were focusing on and doing everything correctly. すべてのレビューを表示The class was challenging. The heat was perfect. I had to look around a few times because I wasn't able to follow the verbal ques. The instructor was a good guide through the practice and gave opportunities for people to practice what they thought they needed. Overall good experience.

すべてのレビューを表示AMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

I was passing through the area for work and was able to squeeze her class in between two work events — it was exactly what I needed to revive me to continue on in my hectic week of work travel!
