I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga. すべてのレビューを表示MaryAnn was a fabulous vinyasa instructor. She kept the flow of the class at a perfect pace and hit a large amount of positions. She also would help readjust me in some positions (which was a wonderful welcoming surprise). I really enjoyed her class and will 100% take it again.

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨
