すべてのレビューを表示Class was good and challenging. Definitely a different style and pace from other yoga classes I’ve taken. It didn’t feel as hot as I expected but still had a good sweat. A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

すべてのレビューを表示What a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was perfect for a Sunday morning! It was a small group (only 6 people), which was nice! It was slow and relaxing, but it felt perfect. Don’t go expecting an intense workout. It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow. You could do the whole class with your eyes closed because she so clearly cued everything. Would definitely go again!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the Yin-Yang class! The slow-to-moderate pace was perfect for me because it allowed me to focus on proper form and make sure I was activating the correct muscles. Since my muscles have become deconditioned, I have had difficulty engaging the intended muscle groups on my own. As a result, stronger muscles often compensate, which prevents me from getting the full benefit of the exercises. The suit definitely helped me activate the specific muscles each movement was designed to target. Surprisingly, the suits EMS gave me more energy to continue through the various exercises and repetitions when I started feeling tired. 😊😻

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨
