すべてのレビューを表示Class was good and challenging. Definitely a different style and pace from other yoga classes I’ve taken. It didn’t feel as hot as I expected but still had a good sweat. A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was perfect for a Sunday morning! It was a small group (only 6 people), which was nice! It was slow and relaxing, but it felt perfect. Don’t go expecting an intense workout. It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow. You could do the whole class with your eyes closed because she so clearly cued everything. Would definitely go again!

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved my 75-minute yoga class with Ann today! She was amazing-so gentle, calming, and exactly what I needed. The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨
