すべてのレビューを表示Erynne’s Yoga Sculpt class was everything! The playlist was absolute fire! The energy she brings to class is amazing — she keeps you engaged and motivated the entire time. The workout flowed perfectly with the music, and the vibe never dropped for a second. I left feeling challenged, energized, and already looking forward to the next class. I’ll definitely be back for another session with her!

I appreciated Andrew’s adjustments and the naming of where to feel the movements. Although the class was very intense for me and I found it hard to keep up as someone who is rather unfit, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or alienated. She constantly made sure I was doing ok. The Ride Oakland community is also very friendly :) I had a wonderful experience. Thanks, Megan!

すべてのレビューを表示This intro class was so fun. I really enjoyed myself. Tatyana was really energetic and friendly, really present and invested in our success. Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!

すべてのレビューを表示This was a really great class. The instructor was very friendly and welcoming. It was raining and I walked over and realized I had forgotten my hat and she was like don't worry about it. I'm not as flexible as other people, who might have been doing this for years, and I noticed that she had modification for everything that might have been tricky. It was a very positive class, and it was warm but it wasn't scary hot. It wasn't like being in a sauna... Jaimegave lots of encouraging feedback, and the class had a really good energy

It wasn't so much about strength or getting sweaty, but loosening the muscles, and being mindful of your core, and how important that is to daily activities. I was so sore from a previous class, and I walked in a little apprehensive if I was going to be able to keep up, but it was very calm and I left feeling so much better in my body

His space is a whole vibe with his original art work setting the peaceful tone. I loved his mantra that he returned to throughout the poses!
