すべてのレビューを表示Suzanne is amazing. One of the best yoga classes I have taken. A wonderful mix of athletic vinyasa with slow, thoughtful time spent in challenging hatha poses. My favorite form of yoga is Ashtanga and this class had a lot of elements that reminded me of what I love about Ashtanga. I enjoy power yoga and many American interpretations of yoga but this was “real” yoga.

すべてのレビューを表示The more classes I do at SOMA the deeper my appreciation for it goes. Jess and the other teachers that I have had here are so personable, relatable, empathetic and good at teaching yoga. The classes are challenging enough and adapt to needs of the group. The energy is always uplifting afterwards. Thanks to the Soma team for all they do to promote this comforting environment.
