Haley keep the energy at 200% despite a small class turnout and the music and format were super ideal, with planned recovery periods and lots of positive encouragement. I will definitely be back and highly recommend :D

Gentle hands-on corrections are offered with permission; the music and aromatherapy add to the serenity. The yoga poses and flow were thoughtful and subtly unique. With so many choices and options, I will definitely be back for her relaxing and restorative experience.
