すべてのレビューを表示Teacher made a point of introducing herself and asking about injuries and regularly checked in. I loved how she used people’s names during class for encouragement. While this class was “gentle”, I still felt sore the next day and everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

すべてのレビューを表示The frontpoint class was so incredibly fun! The attendees are so encouraging and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t quite master the moves. There were fun steps to music (not too much choreo), awesome spinning, and a great ab workout. I definitely plan on coming back soon!
