すべてのレビューを表示Intense class, hot HIIT. I got there right at 6 and the door was already locked but someone let me in: Classpass map took me to a location near lake O. I would highly reccomend! I would just get there 10 minutes earlier. Sarah was a great instructor.

すべてのレビューを表示Great atmosphere, plenty of parking. Equipment is all provided for free if you don’t have your own. The instructor did a great job of explaining different options and modifications, as well as showing them. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to take a slower pace, plenty of variety of poses. Class ends with shavasana and Jennifer provides helpful adjustments if you want them. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will be back for another soon!

すべてのレビューを表示The person I met at the front desk (Nancy) was awesome! She got me set up very quickly and showed me how to sign up and sign in going forward - very simple process. She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
