She gives great suggestions for modifications and has excellent timing and pace with sequences that make sense and come full circle. Highly recommend the noon class!

すべてのレビューを表示I took the 9am Pound class with Jessica and the following 30min strength/ HiiT style class. I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
