Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling.     Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    This was my first time taking this class, and while I think it was a bit different than what I was looking for (I usually do hot yoga), it’s great for what it is. FYI the temperature isn’t hot - it’s warm at most. Diana is a great instructor! I really appreciate that she would come to the side of the room (instead of staying at the front) so that we could see what she was doing, especially because there were a lot of people.

    It was my first time taking IHP at Switch! Candice was such a friendly and welcoming instructor (just like everyone else in the studio). The class was challenging but in SUCH a good way!!!! Candice's exercises were soo fun yet so effective. I felt like I got such a good work out in. Her playlist was amazing and I really enjoyed it! I immediately booked the next IHP class with her after I got into my car! I am looking forward to trying other instructors who teaches IHP and highly recommend this class and Switch Fitness studio if you're in search of a new workout/yoga studio!!!
