Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I would absolutely recommend this class.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time taking this class, and while I think it was a bit different than what I was looking for (I usually do hot yoga), it’s great for what it is. FYI the temperature isn’t hot - it’s warm at most. Diana is a great instructor! I really appreciate that she would come to the side of the room (instead of staying at the front) so that we could see what she was doing, especially because there were a lot of people.

I hope there will be more classes added to the schedule with him. Overall, the workouts / format in this studio are fantastic but not enough classes throughout the week.

She’s super present, engaged and comes in with so much energy. Rare to find a mix of all that these days. I don’t love morning workouts, but I definitely felt energized after her class.
