Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling.     Amazing energy from both Jess and the class, and great beats to cycle along to!! It was my first time ever at a spin class and Jess was very kind and patient when helping me set up with the bike and shoes. My quads were on fire and I was drenched in sweat after 30 min. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive. I will definitely be back for more cycling and would love to try out boxing and pilates here too!
