すべてのレビューを表示I like that everyone is in their own zone, so it’s not a big deal with so many people in class. An instruction video for first timers would be helpful to watch before we get there so we know what we are getting into before it starts. I think I’ll get it after a few times. An instruction video would be great though!

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed Luke’s classes. He plays really good music and has great energy. I enjoy taking the Sunday classes as it’s a perfect time to feel accomplished over the weekend. The class is not always full, but I don’t mind at all. Sometimes I prefer that.

He really will talk you through what to expect before you do it a couple times & I really appreciated that! His encouragement during class was amazing! I liked his playlist as well. Would recommend this instructor!

すべてのレビューを表示Doug is truly the best instructor we’ve ever had at Barry’s! He was so kind, positive, welcoming and motivating. Excellent cues and demonstrations, and he carried us all the way through class with his jokes and encouragement. I would come back just for him!

すべてのレビューを表示I liked how clear the instructions were, it was my first time at Barry’s so I wasn’t sure how transitioning between weights and treadmill would work. I think there could’ve been clearer instructions on where to go in the beginning since I didn’t know doors were closed. There could also be a bit more warm up/cool down, but overall really enjoyed!

The studio is new and it’s nice and clean. I like how there’s a juice/smoothie bar but it was closed when we got out of our class. I was told you can preorder ahead of time though.

Initially, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but a friendly trainer greeted me and explained the session layout. The trainer guided me through the first set, offering corrections, and the rest of the workout follows the beep of the clock. I appreciate the self-paced nature of the workouts, as it doesn’t put too much pressure on me. The workouts are definitely challenging but also enjoyable. As a beginner to the gym routine, I feel very welcome, comfortable, and at ease. Plus, there’s no pressure to join a gym membership or classes.

Great for getting in a workout when you really don’t want to work too hard or are burnt out from a prior workout but need to get one in! That’s how I felt atleast.
