Moderately challenging workout. Abs were definitely feeling the burn. However, Im not sure how strong the infrared effect was in this studio. I only started sweating midway through the workout but could have just been from the room being warm. Would love the studio to crank up the heat/sweat factor in this class. And maybe make legs and booty more challenging.

Nabila is a great teacher. I really enjoyed her All levels class. was very beginner friendly. One thing I would say though is that she wears a lot of perfume which I found unpleasant as I'm quite sensitive and it started to give me a headache.

The view was lovely but the most remarkable thing was the instructor - Audrey. Her cues were clear, precise and easy to follow. She's always attentive in correcting posture and ensuring proper alignment. What I appreciate most is her focus on quality of movement and alignment over performance or intensity. She genuinely cares about helping her students move well, safely and with purpose. I honestly fell in love with her class after just one session. My only regret is discovering this studio and her so late in my Bali trip. If only I had found her sooner so I could have attended more of her classes! Every cue, correction and adjustment felt intentional and helpful, making the experience both challenging and rewarding. I'll definitely be recommending this studio and Audrey to friends visiting Bali and her classes will be at the top of my list every time I return. Can't wait to be back again 🤍✨🙏🏻

Really enjoyed Rivaldi's Reformer class. The studio is cozy, welcoming, and the small class setting allowed for personalised guidance throughout. Loved the slow burn 🔥 and thoughtful sequencing. Challenging, effective, and enjoyable all at once. Thank you, Rivaldi!

Tio the instructor was very clear in giving instructions. Nice class and studio with good and clean equipment. My knees both shake so hard. Maybe this one needs to state that you need to buy socks with a grip in order to join the class.

My second class here and I’m obsessed already!! The vibe at Sunset Pilates is always so calming yet energizing — perfect way to end the day. Bree’s such a great instructor, super clear and motivating, plus she makes the whole class feel fun (even when it burns 😭🔥). Love the space, love the energy — definitely coming back again! ✨🧘‍♀️🌅

Lovely class. I almost didn’t book because it wasn’t 100% clear if it was for pregnant ladies too or only for post-natal but glad I did as there were other pregnant ladies there too. If I was on holiday for longer I would book again!

Kate was great! But the organization was funny, I'm beginner and nobody asked me on reception when I arrived what is my level, but they told the teacher that I'm intermediate 😏I knew nothing about that, Kate was very helpful and attentive! Thank you 🙏🏼

Such an amazing session today with Meyda, the flow was challenging but so rewarding. Every movement felt intentional, and I could really feel the burn in the best way possible. Had an amazing time this morning first time doing Pilates. I learned about the reformer and got a private one on one session. My instructor Bas was amazing, showed me everything and corrected my posture. Now the reformer is not as intimidating anymore than it was before!
