Maria’s ballet class moves at a very fast pace, even for beginners. You’ll need to quickly mimic the poses and keep up throughout the session. Most participants seemed experienced, so it may feel challenging if it’s your first time. I would recommend this class for those who are already flexible and have some exercise background.

Mrs. Arum is an incredible instructor. She is thoughtful, encouraging, and very clear with her guidance. Even as a beginner in Glute+ with some balance issues, I felt totally supported and able to keep up. I'm already looking forward to my next session!

Dr Han Barre
Dr Han is fabulous! I can see why this class is always fully booked. First time trying barre and I thought this class was elegant, fun and invigorating. Challenging enough that you get a post workout high, but not so difficult that you feel dead.

Giovanna’s energy is amazing - she’s fun and animated - her good music and positivity keep you motivated to push through even the hardest sequences. I love how she layered the movements so everyone can choose how much to push themselves and no matter what, you end of feeling good leaving her class. I look forward to the next time I’m in Ulu and can join. Beautiful studio with sea views is a bonus!!
