Really enjoyed my Pilates class with JOZEF! He’s super helpful, passionate about what he does, and creates such a great atmosphere in class. His instructions are always clear and easy to follow, and he takes the time to make sure everyone is doing the movements correctly. I always leave feeling great and looking forward to the next class. Definitely recommend taking a class with him!

It was a great experience on the Legree machines. The body is constantly under tension and you really feel it later and the day after. I will definitely try it again. Sita had a clear easy to understand voice giving us the run of instructions. I normally get confused in these situations and in her class, I didn’t. Well done!

It was sooooo difficult in a good kind of way! I felt like I was weak but also fulfilled right after the class. As it was my first time in a heated class, the temperature definitely added to the challenge. Great class!!

Everyone is so hospitable here: The staff at the entrance, hotel reception and instructor Tina. bottled water. The friendliness puts the hotel in my to-stay list. They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!
