Fast, fun and fantastic. Loved Rhido & his Zycle class. He is a great instructor, easy to follow & plays great music to get your heart rate going! A great all over workout as incorporates hand weights so both upper & lower body get a pumping great workout. Thanks Rhido, you rock!

Amazing class! Loved the instructor her English is perfect and easy to understand. The only thing I wish is that there was options to make a move harder (or easier) depending on the persons skill.

Good class! Hot, but not to the point of feeling dizzy. Not as intense as other hot mat classes, which I actually liked. The place is nice, with plenty of lounge areas to relax and wait. Toilets are available, but unfortunately there’s no shower room.

Huge gym with loads of equipment. If you could also use the sauna when booking through classpass I'd definitely come back but even though there was nobody using it I still wasn't allowed to which is a shame.
