Loved that the class combines Yang practice with a restorative Yin session, so it feels like a 2-in-1 class 😂 You get both without having to book two separate classes hemat budget lol.

The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.
