すべてのレビューを表示The original instructor was sick, so this was a substitute instructor. The workout intensity was almost CrossFit-level, though. This is what real exercise is like, but it’s absolutely brutal while you’re doing it. 😂

すべてのレビューを表示i really enjoyed the class! it was a great full body workout, and i appreciated that the instructor maintained a consistent counting pace throughout the session. one suggestion maybe the coach could offer more options during the lower-body exercises. many movements seem to focus on the glutes (so it would be great if the instructor could also suggest variations for other muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, or inner thighs). overall, a great class! ^^b

The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.
