The only thing is that she should use a microphone, sometimes it was hard to hear her (partially because of the rain). Furthermore, the class is not really for beginners. Apart from that, it was a very nice one!

She was engaging and her experience in conducting classes showed. I would say this class is suitable for beginners but still had enough challenge to wake your body up.
