A wonderful yoga practice in a beautiful shala with the sounds of birds and a small waterfall in the background. Excellent adjustments, and lovely touches such as a refreshing eye towel during savasana, and tea at the end of class. I'll definitely join again.

MISSION ALIGN: HATHA
Joined Hatha with Danielle and really loved the class. She’s super gentle and supportive, especially for me who’s still getting back into yoga and sometimes forgets the poses. Her cues were easy to follow and she made the class feel really comfortable. Would definitely join her class again!

Dr Han Barre- A social Media Friendly Class
Dr Han is fabulous! I can see why this class is always fully booked. First time trying barre and I thought this class was elegant, fun and invigorating. Challenging enough that you get a post workout high, but not so difficult that you feel dead.

The original instructor was sick, so this was a substitute instructor. The workout intensity was almost CrossFit-level, though. This is what real exercise is like, but it’s absolutely brutal while you’re doing it. 😂

I loved the chanting - never experienced it before! It was so refreshing. The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.
