I’ve had heaps of injuries at other places and none here! - The instructors are amazing at teaching, they don’t rush you from drill to drill, they create enough space and give you enough time to learn! The mix of intensity and space is very noticeable and creates a great environment to learn and develop your skills - thank you, Matt 🙏

すべてのレビューを表示It was fun! Everyone was a regular so it was a little hard to follow at first but the head coach assigned someone to help guide me and the other regulars were kind in teaching me! :) they also lent me a judo gii FOC! It’s a good class to see whether judo is for u!
