    ShuPing cueing is simple and clear yet professional ! I have read cross review from ClassPass.As I really love how they wan us to place our phone outside the class , and this reminded me my Bali retreat :) Other than safety purpose due to we are in a hot class and also minimize the interruption for the flow !!     IN-STUDIO Slow Flow

    This was a very mindful class that focused on breath-body connection and slowing down which I really appreciated. Sarah is a fantastic teacher and her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space itself is beautiful! Lots of natural light and any props you need are readily available.     Loved the flow & the space is soo wonderful. Showers and toilets are clean, mats are provided, you can order some pastries & coffee as well. Lockers are available in quite a limited number so it's best to arrive earlier. Would definitely come back!

    Gentle Yoga

    What a beautiful space. I had yoga this morning and it was my first ever yoga class, I never felt so chilled and relaxed, this ladies voice has some sort of healing power, the meditative end of the class brought me to tears, tears of relief, tears of joy and a feeling of being in a very safe space.     Absolutely love Ravi’s classes and this one focused on strengthening the naval & core, and removing fatigue from the body. The Kriya and meditation were so effective together and I was seeing incredible colours and energy flowing through my body.     Wall Rope Stretch

    Instructor is extra attentive to past injuries that we have and will adjust poses to avoid aggravating those injuries. Wall rope is fun as usual, no cardio, purely stretch with a bit of inversions (the fun part). The wall rope here have the cushion which is more comfortable than the usual wall rope yoga, but might also feel more slippery especially for first timers, but instructor will watch out anyway so just follow and have fun.
