Class was structured well with adequate time allocated to practicing different techniques and having breaks. The space was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing.

I’ve had heaps of injuries at other places and none here! - The instructors are amazing at teaching, they don’t rush you from drill to drill, they create enough space and give you enough time to learn!
