The vibes are always supportive from the front desk to your instructor and to your classmates. You can benefit from popping into class here and there but I may be biased in saying each class gets better as you see your strengths grow in real time as a regular! 10/10

Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. They don't offer towels and the floor was covered in sweat.

I really enjoyed the space, the equipment, and the attendees. Great group of people who are focused on improving themselves physically and mentally. Highly recommend taking this class with Mollie!

The room was extremely heated, but Brandon’s motivational words kept me present in the room mentally and physically. Hydrating before and after class is a must. I can say this is the first time that I’ve felt Yoga as a spiritual practice. Thank you for guiding us to our optimal potential in class! I will surely be back.

すべてのレビューを表示I had such a good time today at Vesta. Lauren was helpful and kind! Even gave me some good workout pants recommendations, when I asked. As far as today’s workout: it was TOUGH 😵💫 but doable as well. Lauren did not give us enough time to pity ourselves 😂, and I appreciate it. Also, the atmosphere was super chill and everybody was friendly. I ended up in a group of three, and the women encouraged me and helped me out when I needed to understand a movement. I’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This is a great class for those new to yoga or wanting to work their way back into it. I hadn’t been to a yoga class in ages and this reminded me of why yoga is good for the mind and body. It’s a slower pace than most classes I’ve taken before and I really appreciated that, modifications for your needs were welcomed and encouraged. The instructor was great and had a very welcoming disposition.

The instructor was super sweet and welcoming and very helpful, this class is definitely beginner friendly. Brittany guided me through a series of stretches to alleviate the pain and figure out exactly which movements were causing discomfort, and then modified the rest of the class to avoid anything that hurt. I was able to finish the workout without causing any injury to myself.

I was informed that someone at the gym or the trainer would cancel and I would see my credit refunded, but I have yet to see that and I am receiving this message about rating a class that I did not attend due to it being canceled last minute. I have reached out to ClassPass customer service who informed me that the trainer or gym would cancel the class. I don’t see where that is happened. Please advise.
