すべてのレビューを表示This is a great class for those new to yoga or wanting to work their way back into it. I hadn’t been to a yoga class in ages and this reminded me of why yoga is good for the mind and body. It’s a slower pace than most classes I’ve taken before and I really appreciated that, modifications for your needs were welcomed and encouraged. The instructor was great and had a very welcoming disposition.

I was informed that someone at the gym or the trainer would cancel and I would see my credit refunded, but I have yet to see that and I am receiving this message about rating a class that I did not attend due to it being canceled last minute. I have reached out to ClassPass customer service who informed me that the trainer or gym would cancel the class. I don’t see where that is happened. Please advise.

すべてのレビューを表示Samaira is one of my favorite instructors at Yonder (Melanie, Laura and Maggie are my other favs). Her class is always so good but challenging - it wasn’t as scorching hot as some other classes I’ve taken at Yonder but it was def still hot and I left drenched (bring a towel, yoga sweat mat and water). She’s really good about reminding you of your intentions and pushing past limiting thoughts.

The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!
