すべてのレビューを表示Beautiful studio that felt like it keeps the heart of yoga at its center. The practice was about connecting our bodies with our breath and our mind, while grounding in ourselves. I felt myself checking my “Golden Cube” all day long, keeping my alignment centered and standing taller. Shonali was an amazing and comforting instructor with an amazing voice that was so beautiful and perfectly toned that we didn’t miss a singing bowl. It was such a fun , inspiring, but still challenging flow. Very cool and welcoming.
