すべてのレビューを表示I so enjoyed this class. Sam was great even with all the left hand right hand, face the lobby, switch ups 🤭😂. She even helped me balance at one point. I’ve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

すべてのレビューを表示This is a great class for those new to yoga or wanting to work their way back into it. I hadn’t been to a yoga class in ages and this reminded me of why yoga is good for the mind and body. It’s a slower pace than most classes I’ve taken before and I really appreciated that, modifications for your needs were welcomed and encouraged. The instructor was great and had a very welcoming disposition.

すべてのレビューを表示Samaira is one of my favorite instructors at Yonder (Melanie, Laura and Maggie are my other favs). Her class is always so good but challenging - it wasn’t as scorching hot as some other classes I’ve taken at Yonder but it was def still hot and I left drenched (bring a towel, yoga sweat mat and water). She’s really good about reminding you of your intentions and pushing past limiting thoughts.

The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!
